Our Company Belief

We structure our company with a simple motto, “Give the customer what they want.” With that in mind we allow customers to pick and choose just what they need. Our preventive maintenance visits start at a low price, and we offer customers the option to have a “just the basics” visit, with many add-ons at their preference. For repairs we have honest up front pricing.

SYSTEM BREAKDOWNS

  • Repairs

    When you have a system breakdown, we will first attempt to suggest some fixes over the phone at no charge. If the issue can’t be resolved with these tips, we charge a $25.00 diagnostic fee (some companies may refer to this as a Trip Charge) . This does not include any repairs or parts to the unit.

  • Diagnostic

    Once the issue has been identified, we will offer the price to make said repairs. If the offer to proceed is denied we will simply collect the diagnostic fee. Additionally if the parts to make the repair won’t be available immediately, we will only collect the diagnostic charge, and collect the remainder once the parts and repairs are complete.

  • Replacement

    Of course no one wants to hear that a system is beyond repair. If we find this to be the case though, we will need to collect the diagnostic fee at the time of the visit. Should you choose to accept our quote for unit replacement, that charge will be applied to the new system.

  • Payments

    Our company does collect at the time of the visit. We do not currently offer billing. We happily accept checks, credit cards or good old fashion cash. Checks can be made out to the owner of the company: Robert Webb.
